EDUCATION, CALL AND AFFILIATIONS
Grigory Melnichuk graduated from the law faculty of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (1999, bachelor's degree "cum lauder", 2001 master’s degree "cum lauder"), the Doctor of Juridical Science (2007).
In 2002 admitted to the St. Petersburg United Bar, managing partner of Melnichuk Law Firm (2006), and since 2013 the President of Conceptio Moscow City Bar.
From 2006 to 2019 a lecturer and privatdozent at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), visiting professor, at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL), visiting professor, at the Academy of National Economy and the Russian Academy of Public Service (RANEPA). Has more than 27 published law research paperwork in Russian and international magazines
Has more than twenty years of experience in all courts of Russia, practicing in arbitration, litigation, securities, corporate law, contract law, insolvency, and legal support of business processes.
As a lawyer of authority was elected as arbitrator in ad hoc arbitration procedures, helping the parties to resolve disputes in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS). As an expert was engaged by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the High Court of Justice.
